We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-demand technical roles. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to source and secure top technical talent in a rapidly transforming digital-first environment. The ideal candidate has extensive technical recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to attract and hire top talent, especially in cloud, full stack, and data engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, team dynamics, and broader organizational objectives.
- Employ a variety of sourcing techniques (online job boards, sourcing tools, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing thorough feedback to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Support and enhance the company's employer brand by showcasing organizational culture, values, and growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess sourcing strategy effectiveness, time-to-fill, and overall efficiency. Regularly report findings to management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to maintain a proactive talent acquisition approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and familiarity with talent sourcing platforms, such as SeekOut, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with an emphasis on cloud, full stack, and data engineering positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
